Came in this morning because the place I usually go to was closed and I needed my nails done asap. I have to say this was the worst experience in my life ! My nails look like sharp shovels and all my nails are different length and horrible  and the way the gel was applied I have no words even I could do better with my eyes closed . The gel is patchy and lumpy and some places where missed . I would never be coming here again.

Often rude and rushed service. Visited more than once as a friend recommended and thought that maybe they were having a though day the first time I went but every time I was unhappy with the results. The last time I went I told the lady who was doing my nails that she was hurting me by pressing to much to clean the nail but she replied that that’s how she has to do to clean it. I’ll not be back.

I came here as a first time mani-pedi customer and the staff was brilliant! I had a very relaxing experience and I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were - I will definitely be coming here again - thank you

Just awful. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Just not set up correctly with properly trained staff to provide a pedicure service. Pedicure foot bath required them boil a kettle and they weren't able to check the water temperature. The technician seemed very pleasant but just didn't have a clue of what a standard pedicure procedure seems to involve. And I paid £22 for the pleasure of wasting my time as I'll have to go somewhere else to get my pedicure done properly.

Came here for the first time to get infills and 1 nail fixed as it had snapped and also as a treat for my birthday. Big mistake! The broken nail needed doing from scratch so the girl began to stick the tip on, she stuck it on bent, so I told the girl thinking she'd remove it and start again, how wrong was I? She ignored me and carried on doing the nail even though I stated more than once it wasn't straight. She then did the rest of the infills sloppily whilst talking to other staff in a different language which I found very rude. Before she started painting she said "pay now" which was also very unprofessional. The finished result is a complete mess. From the side the nails look lumpy and uneven, the acrylic wasn't done to my cuticle so they're growing out already after just a week. The nail varnish is chipped and flaking off. Massive lack of professionalism and customer care. Don't think the women had a clue what she was doing. Too often you see nail salons that just do nails for money but have no actual passion for nails themselves or customer care. I will not be returning and I'm yet to find a decent nail salon in Bromley.

My husband took my daughter in to get a pedicure but they talked her out of it said she was too young but she is nearly 13, they charged her £25 to put gel on her toes! What a rip off, I work in a nail shop myself and would charge £15 for students. They was also rude and wouldn’t let her have the colour she wanted. So annoyed they would charge that amount of money!

My friend recommended Classique for pedicures and I wasnt disappointed. The man are the best at them, they give your feet a good old scrub and massage. They also make sure your cuticles and dead skin are taken off. Very happy! x

Worst experience ever!! I've been to so many nail places and this is the worst!! I asked to keep the length of my nails and have them square. She filed them really round. So I said no I want square. By the time she finished I had stumps!! Suppose to be going on holiday. I took weeks growing them!! So rude too. Gives dirty looks all the time and very sarcastic!! AVOID!!

This place is tiny! The staff are rude and they did not listen to my requests whatsoever. They asked for my nail shape when filing I asked for coffin shape as I normally would. They had finished filing them I then said that I didn’t like the shape and I’m assuming this was the manager who was sitting next to me stuck up for the man doing my nails saying don’t be so rude and that mt nail bed is the problem and you can’t judge the worker. This place is truly disgraceful I normally go to tinas which is on the same road but since it was full I figured I would try here I was mistaken. Please do not let their cheap prices and pictures that if you look up they have taken off of google this place is truly disgraceful PLEASE DON’T FO HERE!

Never again. I have been there many times to do shellac manicure and pedicure. Always with shellac polish, ALWAYS. I have always paid 50£ to have mani and pedi. Today suddenly it was 65. And they also insisted that it has always been 65, when I have always paid 50. I won't go back.
