Arrived early Saturday morning, prepared for a wait as it is school shoe season. Wait time wasn't too bad, around 15mins. We were served by a young lady who had just started her shift, and let's just say, she wasn't as fresh as a daisy and ready to start a day at work!. Her attitude towards the children was dismissive and rude. She spoke to my son with no patience at all. He can't help it if his feet are not a regulation width. That's why we come to a supposed specialist fitting shop! My kids feet are a straight forward task but we were made to feel uncomfortable and all this resulted in a most unpleasant experience. I have taken the children here for years and always had a good result, with nice staff. Shame. As I probably will look at somewhere else to shop next year.
Very pleasant staff. Reasonable range of shoes. They are seconds so don't grab & good try them on.
Review for Clarks Outlet, not Clarks: Clarks Outlet is excellent, much better than Clarks. The range of shoes, especifor especially kids is very good and at prices which match the products rather than the inflated prices Clarks charge.
Great for shoes and bags etc @ reasonable prices
Took 2 very tired children for new shoes today Friday 25th March, 12.30 ish. Not long to wait, lovely young assistant helping to measure both children's feet which was a nightmare, neither child would sit still bit like wrestling 2 baby bears she was so patient and polite, what an absolute treasure, would not have managed anywhere else. Another older lady in the back was also lovely. I have to thank all at the Clarks shoe shop they were fantastic and will now go nowhere else for shoes If they let us in Thank you again.
We booked a slot so were seen to straight away. Good selection of school shoes, i booked earlier this year as the stock was low towards the end of the holidays last year. Service excellent, we even were helping a new girl with her training, being shadowed by a more experienced member of staff.
It's a nice place to visit when you're nearby. They don't hold all the clarks available stock. With a few other stores around, sport, adventure, aquatics clean toilets nice cafes. One can quite easily enjoy a morning.
Good selections of footwear but not enough staff they were dealing with measuring kids feet and selling them the shoes, waited to ask but left after 6 minutes leaving someone waiting at till
Nothing discounted at all wouldn't like to think I had travelled to this place royal quays in general
Clarks seem to have gone back, more of a expensive rubbish
