He wanted £6 to cut 1 key, when I questioned excessive price for cobblers key cutting he went red and muttered everything going up due to inflation. I have used loads of other cobblers all charge between £3.50 and £4.50 for a key cut. Clearly using inflation as an excuse to raise price to excessive level. GO ELSEWHERE DON'T BE OVERCHARGED
Went in and asked for engraving before I said what it was was bluntly told “No the machine is broken “ take it somewhere else . When I enquired if he could recommend he wouldn’t .
Re-soled and heeled my favourite dance shoes, they did a marvellous job, very friendly and efficient. Thanks will be back
Got a pair of boots, and a pair of shoes repaired here. Talked to a member of staff called Michael, who was really knowledgeable and friendly. The price was good too. Thank you.
Got house keys cut, 5 pound each, good price and only took a minute. Would defiantly recommend
1 lost car key! The man telephoned before the appointment time, arrived promptly, programmed the new key to access the car, within 15 minutes. Professional and competent. Would strongly recommend this service.
Really good efficient service - very pleased
Asked to get a key cut and he acted like he was doing me a favour. He said it would take 15 minutes so can I come back later? I left the key and came back 15 minutes later and he said "Oh I forgot" It took him 3 minutes to make the key. Never again
