Manager is so rude, took some children’s pumps back as the glue had disintegrated and came away from the shoe almost immediately, by 4 weeks the sole was hanging on by the skin of its teeth. Took them back and she tried to say they were wet and that’s why they’d done it! Since when are shows not allowed to get wet anyway? School shoes were fitted by staff but they were too narrow meaning the Velcro didn’t reach properly. She said it was too late now! I should have returned them for things like that in the first week! £31 for school shoes and she’s saying it’s acceptable to have to buy more cos their staff fitted incorrectly! She was being as slow and awkward as possible, clearly wanting an argument and called security because I was rude!! I won’t ever return there in my life. I’ve made a complaint through the website, Doncaster store is 1000x better. The staff maybe should visit there for some training. And that manager is really in the wrong job! Horrible!!
Terrible experience, staff seemed very cold and uncaring. Despite me booking an apt online August bank holiday Monday, they made us waiting at the door, even though, there were only 2 customers in. Staff happy chatting and no much working. Once my son tried the shoes and found them uncomfortable, staff appeared annoyed to go back and forth taking different sizes. In the end, we left empty handed as no much available and wrong customer's service attitude. I wouldn't recommend!!!
Very busy for a Saturday morning and we had got there ten minutes after opening. We had to wait 10 minutes to be measured for there then to be very few school shoes on display of a particular size. We then had to wait for an assistant to be free to go get some shoes. When selected the assistant did help to fit them. Needs more staff in warm weather.. surge of parents buying summer footwear.
Got exactly the right size shoes and trainers for our granddaughter because Clark's measure their feet first. Excellent shop! xx
Great adult shoes for good price. Exactly what I was after. Staff were kind enough to get larger sizes despite the fact they were closing shortly.
In the past have always exchanged faulty shoes but recently said could only have 80% back or choose a different shoe. So ended up taking inappropriate shoes for summer rather than the trainers I bought. Put off using in future now
Factory outlet for their shoes. Many less expensive shoes but you often have to drop on your size and style. Staff were friendly. Free and easy parking but it can get busy.
One of the small Clark's outlets live been to. So being a smaller store they carry limited stock. Doncaster shop it much bigger, and more stock. Bargains can sometimes be found here, but the popular sizes sell out fast. I can't really fault the store, what you see it what you get stock wise. There seams to be no back room full of extra stock. Limited stock is the only let down of the store
Friendly staff Not only did the lady meassure my sons feet , but also took away his old school shoes to be recycled. Excellent
very good for kids and little ones foot wear...tailor made shoes they measure how long and wide your kids feet are ...
