Visited Schuh kids yesterday to get my little boy some boots for the wet, cold weather. Hollie approached us and asked if we needed anything. She introduced herself to my little boy, asked his name and his age. Whilst she was measuring his feet she asked him about school and what he liked to do - what a lovely lady she is! This is the experience you should get when going into a kids shoe shop, to make the child feel as comfortable as possible. She was fab, she measured his feet, tried some boots on him and ordered them for home delivery due to not having the colour we wanted on stock. Fabulous service - fabulous lady. Thank you Hollie
