I visited Kurt Geiger in Meadowhall today with my husband. I have bought several pairs of shoes from this store in the past. During our visit, I was spotted by a friend whom we had not seen for a very long time and naturally I got chatting to her. She was looking for shoes for a wedding and had seen a couple of pairs. After about 10 minutes (if that), we were approached by a member of staff and were asked to move as we were blocking the entrance. In spite of the fact there are in fact TWO entrances to this store, and customers could still freely enter and exit, we moved to just outside the store. However, my main complaint is that the member of staff then proceeded to blatently inform all the other members of staff in the store and point at us, which actually made us feel very uncomfortable and as a consequence we didn't come back in to finish our shopping, and to be honest, I don't think we'll be visiting the store again. As a representative of a well known company like Kurt Geiger, your staff member should have known better and exhibited more manners and professionalism than she actually did. Very poor staff training in my opinion.

Wife cant come to Meadowhall without paying Kurt Geiger a a visit. Unfortunately for me that means she buys lots of shoes. Staff have always been freindly and helpful
