I bought a jumper for £15 , I even didn’t try it, aftar 20 min I changed my mind and back to store asked for refund, they said they don’t do refund and I spoke to store manager (Daniel ) what he said just make me laugh he was telling me refunds is not legally and you should ask Our staff before pay if you can have refund or not.

I got trouse tuck them back wid receipt and they wouldn't give my money back had to get different stuff in der what I didn't even want no one buy from ere cos they don't do refunds anymore it's silly I would never shop ere again and honestly it's rubbish nothing in just same old things and what's really old styles not very nice staff nether ppl don't shop here

Can anybody explain why sports direct have store contact details on the website but when you try to ring to enquire about a stock item nobody answers and then you get cut of.Beware don't rest think because you sell cheap goods customers won't shop elsewhere I hope there chairmen reads these because the service is rubbish,no stars.
