Very bad clarks. I am always in clarks for my children's shoes I have now been into this clarks 3 times, never again. Have to wait ages to be served and the one time I did get served we got a trainee, couldn't get a second opinion as there was no one to check of the shoes did fit so we walked out.

3 out of 4 pairs of shoes £200 (and 2 of them in sale), did not fit.

Great experience shopping here. The store was packed, it being a saturday before the new school term, yet there were plenty of very helpful staff on hand. Everything was done in such a organised system it made for a wonderfully stress free shop. Best branch of Clarks yet
