Like in some other stores the shoes are divided by size. There is a free WiFi in the store. Staff is helpful. Being an outlet it has good prices but on the down-side it doesn't have all the shoes in all available sizes. Still, I had quite a few pairs from them over the years and were quite happy with them so would recommend checking their range if you need everyday shoes that are comfortable and will last couple of seasons.
Clarks shoes are always good value, comfortable well made and hard wearing. Worth paying that little bit more for a quality product.
Love this shop. Went for school shoes and kids got feet measured by really lovely staff member. The shoes are same great quality as the ordinary Clark stores but discounted. You will pay more than the cheaper shoe outlets but think it is worth it as any shoes I have bought have lasted ages!!! They had a great range of school bags too.
Very good service and reduced prices. If you're looking for kids shoes it's hard to beat clarks as they measure both width and length to make sure your child's feet develop properly. Here they will measure your child's feet and the shoes/trainers are about 50-70% of the price normally.
Quality shoes at great prices. Got a great bargain with buy two pairs get the second half price. Staff there are always willing to give you advice.
Covid rules being observed. Huge choice of shoes and sandals etc. Great prices. Pleasant and polite staff available to assist.

Didn't have the size of shoes I wanted so chap phoned shop at fort and they had 1 pair left so they kept them for me till I got there exellent customer service well done Clark's shop at the forge a credit to your company
Sorry to see this shop closing, feel for the staff , was always good for my shoes
We love this store for buying shoes for our daughter. The selection is much better than Clarks main stores and the service in this branch is always excellent.
