absolutely awful company. couldn't find the stop, couldn't find the coach, no numbers to call. had to get a taxi to the airport at a huge expense instead. terravision won't even refund me; so now im having to waste time getting the money back from the bank as they drag it out even more.
Never use this company. They're simply unreliable crooks. Paid for a bus to Luton airport and the bus passed in front of us without stopping. Almost missed my flight. Thankfully a nice bus driver from National express took us but that very lucky.
Worst company ever, try National express or train, but dont use this if you wanna catch your flight :
I don't know why this has this mant bad review. Being super honest here, we had our bus at 5:10 and it left just at that time, we arrived near the airport and in time. Not a bad experience at all.
Waiting in Victoria. With two toddlers and two teenagers sweating ... running around looking fir the coach as it doesn’t appear where it should be. We paid in advance and they just robbed us!!!!
I still have a claim pending from 2013. Terravision have been ignoring my emails since Dec 2013 despite regular emails from me. If your journey has no problems its fine, but in the cases where there are issues, they are not worth the pain, pay that bit extra and go with a reputable company with some integrity.
Very bad service, customers jumping queue and everyone very rude!
