I always love visiting City Restaurant. Always so many pizzas to choose from ... along with fish and chips and Italian food. What's not to like? We've always had a great time there.
I've had breakfast and dinner at City Restaurant. Omelet for breakfast. Fish/chips for dinner. Both Simply Outstanding!! Highly recommended. Great atmosphere with polite, considerate staff.
Chicken and chips. £9.50 the chicken was very dry and they said on the menu that it was half a chicken more like a quarter the chips were not nice. Not worth the money. Very disappointed have eaten better in other places. The staff were nice and accommodating though.

After searching far and wide for a non-pub restaurant serving haggis, neaps, and tatties, I finally stumbled across the City Restaurant. The meal was delicious and everything I had hoped for.
Searched Google maps this came up. 15min walk was well worth it. Fantastic kid's menu. Adults all happy too. Great service
