Food was absolutely amazing, wonderful flavour and exceptional presentation. The bowls are art in their own right, almost feels criminal to pick it apart with chopsticks. Definitely my #1 sushi joint in Edinburgh.
Their Sushi is nice, just one issue is that you get to buy from a fridge already pre-made food. I was lucky with mines, it was fresh, cant complain. But I would rather buy my sushi freshly made on order
Fantastic food, which is always fresh and the service is just as good. Especially that Molly on the front desk. Best sushi in Edinburgh by far. Katsu curry is also amazing.

The whole menu is inviting and very reasonably priced! First time trying Soul Sushi but this will definitely be our 'local' now! The food is so tasty and very well presented. Highly recommended!
