I ordered a taxi at 3am and it came at 3pm and the guy said you called for 3pm. Rubbish service and i also found poo on the floor of the taxi

DO NOT BOOK A TAXI FROM CITY TAXI !!!!Absolutely disgusted with City Taxis . 2 weeks ago a mini bus was booked for us all to go to my sister's wedding in prescot and the night before my dad went to the booking office with all the details postcodes etc and they told us we would be collected at 1 o'clock, my sister was getting married at 2:30 .... it got to quarter past and we rang them and they said no booking was made and the mini bus isn't available 😳 WHAT !!!! Everyone in panic mode my dad almost in tears thinking he couldn't walk his daughter down the aisle . The rude man on the desk hung up the phone and then later pretended he could not here us when we rang again !!!!!BUT I'D ADVISE ANYONE EVER GOING TO AIRPORT OR ANYTHING IMPORTANT. DO NOT BOOK WITH CITY TAXIS !!!!

Booked a cab this lunchtime for 3:30 pm. It still hasn't arrived at 4pm which is when my appointment is. Do not use this firm!!!!

Terrible service! Booked a taxi to pick up relatives from the airport. They called 5 mins before arrival time to say they were turning back because it hadnt been paid for. Nobody had told us this policy when it was booked. To top it off, their card machine was broken so i couldnt pay over the phone! Do NOT use this firm!

Absolutely terrible taxi company, late everyday and verbally abused me over the phone when I couldn't get through to cancel the taxi due to being 20 minutes late!!!!!
