I loved the hotel! From the location to the price, everything was nice. It’s a simple hotel with simple, functional rooms, good elevators, modern lobby area, close to Tower Bridge and many nice restaurants and convenience shops. I love that you get a free drink at the bar every time you skip a day of room cleaning. I absolutely loved the fact that every level of the hotel has coffee machines with many options to choose between, absolutely free of charge! I’ll be definitely staying there again in the future!
Had an amazing stay here. The rooms are clean & the beds comfy. The lounge had a great atmosphere as well as good breakfast. The entire staff was welcoming and saw to our needs more than adequately. Fidele specifically left a lasting impression, a humorous and very kind guy! I hope you have the pleasure of meeting him during your stay as well.
This was a surprise birthday present to accompany many other east end treats. The room was fun in its up cycled and recycled splendour and I loved the dog mural and hosepipe bed lights. The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and polite. I got a well made Vodka Martini at the bar and we enjoyed checking out the large selection of board games available. I can't wait to come back .
Small hotel near a London center and city. Room is providing everything you need and were clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Service always with smile on face were helpful and kind. We used it for our weekend trip to London And the location is awesome. You have underground station just behind the hotel and for example to big Ben it's like 5 stops. We take room without window because we like to sleep in quite and to be honest best decision ever.
Start with the good - breakfast was very good compared to most buffet breakfasts and the bar/kitchen staff were all nice and smiley. Unfortunately, I can't get past the fact that the hotel left me with nowhere to stay tonight. I had originally booked for 3 nights, things changed and I needed to add an additional night. I rang a few days before arrival and was told on the phone that was fine and was all sorted. Move forward to today and I'm told the extension was never done and they have no room for me. The woman also repeatedly told me if it were her, she wouldn't wait until the day to ask for an extension, despite me repeatedly telling her I had sorted it before I even arrived. The hotel it turned out was actually overbooked by 2 rooms too and they'd have to turn 2 people away, so I'm not sure who is in charge of bookings but it seems a shambles. The room itself was a tiny box room with very little in there. 2 single beds pushed together, no kettle or tea/coffee and a shower that overflowed all over the bathroom floor if on for longer than 90 seconds as it didn't drain quickly enough. As I left, I was offered an extension and that they'd add a 3rd room to the overbooking list instead, but that it would cost me £280, which was double what I paid originally. For 1 night in a tiny box, I passed.
I had an amazing stay. The stuff we’re really helpful particular Cecilia and Sephora went beyond and above to help me at all time. Amazing service. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend that you stay here. Also breakfast is delicious serving both cold and hot food Rooms: 5/5
I was happy that I booked this hotel with a discount and not full price. The room had a huge poster of a very cheesy stock image of three girls in front of tower bridge. There were two long dark hairs in the bathroom I’m blonde. I liked that if you choose not to have your room cleaned, you get a voucher for a drink in the bar. However I was told you couldn’t use it for mulled wine which I found strange.
I recently came to The Corner for a Work Christmas Party and it was super. The food was fantastic, the portions were great, home made and very tasty. The team were very accommodating, the bar area is very cute and intimate. The room was very clean, I love the eco friendly theme throughout the hotel, the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend, and will be staying again.
Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The selection and quality of food and drinks was very good. The hotel is well maintained. Yea and coffee facilitates on each floor which is great. We will be back to The Corner soon.Rooms: 5/5
Nice room, had a view of the church which was nice as we didnt feel overlooked by buildings, staff were friendly and check in and out was seamless. The close proximity between bed and bathroom means you have to be comfortable with who youre staying with but overall great experience. Had a bottle of bubbly with our room as we booked through an experience which was very nice and there was a bottle of water in the room and tea and coffee available free on each floor.
