Since the first time I tried this place, I've been back every time since. I first went here on the advice of a taxi driver. He said he always used to go here when he used to have hair. So I gave it a go. A lovely lady cut my hair, she was nice and bubbly and was very good at her job. I was in and out under 10 mins. Very much recommended, and I'll be back again
Friendly staff and welcoming environment for a haircut. I had a simple "2 guards" cut meaning that I chose 2 different clipper lengths. There are plenty of comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait. I had a good experience overall and felt it was a good value for the type of haircut I needed. Thank you! Credit cards are accepted here.

Warm and welcoming barbers with reasonable prices for the city centre. Big bonus is being able to pay with card. It’s a bit of a hit or miss depending who you get to cut your hair. I would recommend getting the woman or man who work on the right hand side of the shop when you walk in as they seem to take their time more and have always had a good cut from them.
Dreadful haircut and service. Guy was stinking of smoke, didn't listen or care what I asked for. Totally rushed, took him 2mins, and it looks that way. Uneven cut all over, fringe is a mess uses his finger, pressed down on fringe to measure and cut. Had to shave head at home to sort it. Brutal, avoid.
Really BAD servicee! 5 mins haircut for 16 quid, not even shaving the edges at the back, uneven and in a rush, so they can go back to their phone. AVOID THIS PLACE. Minimum effort from them.
I decided I wanted to start growing my hair into a longer fringed cut with a lower fade, so I wanted to go somewhere that I thought would be better than your average Turkish Barbers. So I chose to go to City Barbers. The first two times I went I was actually really happy with my haircut, with two different people cutting my hair. Going for my third visit I was actually really happy with the length of my hair and the shape of the top, so it was only a case of going just to re-fade and shape the top so it didn't overgrow. However when I went I lost most of the top of my hair, which isn't as tragic as the fade, which is far too high, too much cut off at the top and it just doesn't look good. This was cut by a third barber now. Now pretty much back to square one, hoping my hair can grow back before I go back to university and debating finding a new barber that won't butcher my hair after progressively growing it for months. If I were to go back I'd make sure I picked what barber cut my hair.
My hair is literally lopsided half is one height and half is another I’ll be back to request a refund tomorrow
Great staff! I visited them with my husband 10mins before closing and they were really friendly and fast!! Great barber skills!! I recommend them! ‍
Many barbers working in the shop. You can just walk in without any advanced booking. I’ve had Scott and Daniela and some other barbers to cut my hair before. Happy with the result. Atmosphere in the shop is relaxing. Definitely recommend it.ServicesScissor cut
