I’ve been a regular customer at Rebel Rebel for the last 4 years, Jason is my usual barber here and he’s brilliant. A great guy who takes pride in his work and is always down for a good chat. I wouldn’t get my hair cut anywhere else!
I had the misfortune to have my hair ruined today by Jason Trotter. I gave clear instruction to Jason as to how I wanted my hair to be cut. I mentioned 3 times that I wanted my fringe to be cut so that it sits at eyebrow level. Jason decided in his stupidity to cut the fringe 2.5in above the eye brow, then he went on to what I can only describe as a hack job. I had to ask him to stop cutting as it was getting worse, having to leave the salon with the worst hair cut ever. Jason informed me that he was not going to charge me for this hack job. I went in to have a professional hair cut, and sadly this was not what I got. I actually paid for the cut out of principle, even though he did not deserve a penny!. Maybe if Jason spent more time on listening to what the customer wanted, instead to trying to find out what customer did for a living asking me 3 times then maybe I would have had a better experience. I'm now left with the worst ever haircut, and now looking for a professional hairdresser to rectify his shockingly bad haircut. I would warn anyone thinking of getting your hair cut by this guy to seriously think again!!!! A very very disappointed customerService: Custom cut

First timer. Arrived on time, waited 50 minutes to be seen. No one told me the reason for delay until after sitting waiting for 40 minutes. Felt as though the master barber was rushing when he did see me and ended up cutting way too short
First-time customer and I can't imagine going anywhere else now. The staff and salon are friendly and welcoming. Demi cut my hair - she did exactly what I asked for and is the FIRST EVER hairdresser to take my hair's natural curl into account. And very reasonably priced too. I have felt fantastic all day. Was in for a cut a few weeks ago and the girl destroyed my trim. Clippered it way too high into my hairline, and only left hair length right through the middle of my head - literally exactly like a Turkish barber haircut. I think this is how they are taught to cut hair in there as I see everybody come out with the same extremely way too high fade. No skills whatsoever in here and insanely overpriced!
First time I went, the barber nicked my neck with the razor causing it to bleed - subsequently scar - fair enough, accidents happen and I was given a £10 off voucher for the next time. Went back a few months later to try and use this, waited for over 30 minutes before I couldn't wait any longer as I had to get back to work. Really disappointing as I had booked the appointment about 1 month prior! Shame as it seemed like a nice enough place, but two poor experiences are enough for me to not recommend.Services: Fade cut
