We had problems with applying for a blue badge. Sarah helped us with all the information making it easier and explaining things. She was polite and very helpful. We applied for the badge and it was accepted three days later. Excellent service. Thank you so much for your help.

I have given feedback verbally to the FCI regarding my query and is currently in hand.
One star because I can't get through on the phone! If the office is supposed to be open, why is nobody answering the phone? And yes, it's Thursday so all day opening at Loughborough. All I want to know is how to make an appointment!
Absolutely rubbish. No one ever answers the phone. No open hours on the website. Does this office even exist anymore ?
If you don't live in the area and go for a quick advice as its as drop in building.... Your told to go and seek advice in your own town!! It's silly really when CAB is for all citizens in this country to use and should never dictate which town you should be asking... Especially a national organization like CAB
I spent far too long waiting for advice, only to be told what I already knew! I watched him Google my question, this service is only useful for people that can't find themselves to this review!
