I’ve been going to Shepshed Post Office in Market Place for over 3 Years now and the customer service and reliability that I get from there is impeccable. They provide a warm friendly welcome environment and are the best at what they do. They’ve always provided with alternative solutions to any problems that I’ve faced, whether its for my posting needs or banking. During the pandemic and Christmas they’ve been really really busy, but non-stop they pulled through. I actually travel 10-15 miles just to see their friendly faces and the 10/10 customer service. Highly Recommended For All Your Banking and Posting Needs. Keep Up The Hard Work
I had to deal with some paperwork to be sent away asap. It was the only branch open till 5.30pm on Saturday so we gave it a go. I think it’s the best service I have ever experienced. Friendly and knowledgeable staff highly recommended and I will be back for sure.
The chap who runs this place is a great guy. The service is brilliant. This is the best Post Office in the Loughborough and Shepshed area for opening times at Christmas.
