Missed my bin again today for the SEVENTH time. Nobody else in my street has had theirs missed. This is a targeted campaign against myself because I have illness.nTwice I have been left with maggoty rubbish in my garden and over Christmas had to battle to get my bin emptied. Now straight after Christmas they've done exactly the same and not emptied my bin.nTheyre not open between Christmas and New Year so nothing will be done about it.nThis is not just them being unable to do their jobs this is them purposely targeting someone with illness and disability.n21.2.26 - supposedly being monitored and hasn't been emptied for the 8th time. If their is a 9th time I will be reporting to MP and ombudsman.
Their housing is worst. My friend moved into a property with obvious damaged/dangerous asbestos and leaking roof. They refused to remove it. 4 weeks fighting later they removed some of it and want to charge her rent for this period. NWLC you should be ashamed and embarrassed. Its no wonder they have no housing director. Bunch of jokers!@ Still water coming in roof.
This is written on behalf of liamnnMy interactions with northwest Leicestershire council and there housing dept was nothing short of diabolical I’ve been in the nwl area for over ten years worked started a family x3 children all under 10 I’m dyslexic and suffer with mental health issues due to a mental breakdown as a result of a relationship break up now single alone and without access to my 3lights in the dark I struggle I was told I can apply for a 2 bed property so I can rebuild and have my children however there policy is too only house me in a 1 bed or a 2 bed flat I cannot bid on any 2 bed house so that’s 2 dogs 3 kids in a flat I was advised to take the 1 bed and put my needs first and apply again my children’s needs are always my first priority and always will be they need there dad as much as I need themnHow does that even make sense I’ve no immediate family no help all I’ve been met with are unhelpful people despite asking for help on many occasions over 10 months
Ash was very very helpful and pleasant. Listened and stayed till job was finished.nMade a lovely neat and tidy job re sealing our bath. With new waste plugs. Planned new plastic bath panel for us. Very pleased in deed.nThankyou Ash
Whilst clearing fly tipping from a country lane they removed my horse feed buckets. The fly tipping was 6 meters from the field and on the opposite side of the road. My buckets were stacked at the gate to the field like they have been every day for the past 3years that has very obviously got horses in! As soon as I realised what had happened I called to inform them. I was told I would get a call back but got nothing until I call them again a few days later! I was then told that yes they collected fly tipping from that lane on that day but they did not remember taking my buckets. Really doesn’t take many brain cells to work out where buckets that have been left in the same place for 3 years and vanish the same day they collect fly tipping have gone!! I was told I would have yet another call back still waiting for this!. I get mistakes happen, but no apology, no decency to call when they say they will, and I’ve been left to replace at my own cost as you shouldn’t just use cheap brittle plastic buckets this has been quite costly!
