When I called them to reconfirm the day before the scheduled return taxi booking, they were very courteous and friendly. We ordered a taxi for a 1:30am pick up from a wedding venue for 7 members of the bridal party including the bride and groom. This was ordered days in advance but the taxi did not arrive, leaving us stranded in the countryside. We received no text or message to suggest this would be the case and could not get hold of First to find out what had happened. Absolutely terrible service.
The First Taxi Team were very helpful when I required multiple taxis to assist with collection from Wedding reception at Stone Barn Upper Windrush. The communication was good and they turned up on time. Would certainly recommend.
Fantastic service for our wedding in the Costwolds. Taxis both 4 and 8 seaters were on time for pickup and collection, and reasonably priced as well. Good communication too - highly recommended.
