Well stocked convenience store in the town center of Northleach. There was also hot coffee machine and cash machine inside.
very high quality service, found everything i needed. as well as this i respected the range of monster energy flavours as they are very delicious. Very friendly staff
Great little grocery/market. Perfect for restocking our caravan fridge for some nearby camping.
Not a pleasant experience with a poor range of produce that does not cater for modern tastes I.e. it looks like they the owners use the same order form they were using 20 years ago! Customers seen as an inconvenience and if you don’t like the owners strange rules currently no children are allowed in the shop and they must wait outside like a dog then as far as they are concerned you can shop elsewhere. Such a shame, it could be a lovely shop and a positive asset to the village if the owners could only grasp the concept of ‘customer service’.
This store has worked miracles for those of us unable to get out because of shielding. They have kept up with stock and have faired better than most shops in the area. Every essential is stocked and if not they can order it in for you! With friendly staff who always talk and who make you feel welcome. I'm gutted to see another review and their thoughts, in these extraordinary times they have had to implement certain rules. They are protecting their staff and us customers.
We are both in the very vunerable catagory. I know that the shop has endeavoured to maintain stocks and has managed to provide essentials. However I am concerned about covid 19 precautions. I no longer Go into the store as I am not prepared to accept the risks. Often there are too many people in the store and little evidence of social distancing. Many of your regular customers are vunerable and there is little evidence of social distancing. I. Shall refrain from shopping in your store until I feel safe.
Such a beautiful little village shop, Well stocked up with fresh produce and all the essentials you could need at home.
This is the perfect village shop with traditional products. The staff are friendly and nice.
The butcher's is really good, I would rate the products there. A lot of homemade foods delicious ,you will find things quite different good luck!
