We rang to double check our booking after booking the day before. Claimed we'd given another hotel as the address and he wouldn't be able to make it now, as a result we nearly missed our friends wedding ceremony.
taxi drivers are lovely however the woman I spoke to on the phone tonight to book one was the rudest person I've ever spoken to who obviously had a serious attitude problem to put it politely... I was actually tempted to just hang up, luckily the taxi driver was lovely and chatty but seriously need to improve on the telephone staff. it's disgusting to let staff talk to customers in that manner with no apparent reason.
Disgustingly poor service. My partner and I having travelled from Liverpool for a wedding had pre-booked both a going and return journey with this company. When arriving at the Travel Lodge on the morning of the wedding we called the company to confirm our booking and was greeted by the rudest, most obtuse woman on the other end of the phone who reported that she had no record of our bookings and was not at all prepared to admit their mistake, apologise or offer any assistance until we asked for a recommendation for another taxi company. She just acted like we were lying about making a booking which was very frustrating for us and very unprofessional of her. I don't normally write reviews, especially bad ones but this just got my back up. Extremely disappointed as this caused us unnecessary stress on the day!
Hello! I have used A2B a couple of times in the past 3 years and they have always been on time on the way and going home and this is what makes them an ok taxi service. There is a lot to do until they get 4 or 5 stars but they are heading in the right direction

Always go for this if you need to be in a place as quick as possible its not the cheapest I would say the price is midrange so if you don't mind paying this is a good taxi service to use
Excellent helpful service. we pre-booked taxis but needed them earlier than expected, they were very flexible and helpful, both office staff and drivers.
Absolutely useless - left us high and dry after we pre-booked a taxi, and then didn’t answer the phone. AVOID!
Can never get a taxi on weekends till after six pm and lady who answer dosent even offer any taxi after this time can only get one when night driver come on shift disscusting service from the respeptionist
