I was referred to The Circle Bath as an NHS patient for a surgical procedure. I can’t speak highly enough about my care and treatment. Referral to treatment (including an MRI and 2 appointments with the consultant) was just over 2 months. On the day of my operation every member of staff I came into contact with was kind, friendly, helpful and caring. 
I feel fortunate to have been referred 😀

I had a total hip replacement on the 19th July 2017. From entering the hospital and speaking to reception through to all the members of staff that dealt with me, I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars. All the staff were superb. I had every procedure explained before it was carried out.

The food was first class with a great choice.

I have been sent here four times in 2017 and after each time I am told that the specialist will contact me. They NEVER do. After a few weeks of waiting I phone up and get pushed from pillar to post and the excuse is always 'an administration error' or 'someone is on holiday'. Maybe i'm cynical but I think it's because i'm NHS and not some Tristram from Bath with private health insurance who they would prefer to deal with. The building is stunning but the service and systems in place are, in my experience, a complete shambles. Form over function personified.

Referred as an NHS patient...consultation/pre-op/procedure all happened within 3 months of referral. (procedure 25/11/17).   I cannot speak highly enough of Circlebath. I was treated like royalty and so very grateful to Mrs Ficquet/nurses/anesthetists/staff involved in my care . Absolutely first class hospital. I was terrified, having never been in hospital before, but the experience was not unpleasant at all. I am recovering extremely well. 
My elderly mother was also looked after with so much care.  The staff could not be more helpful and I am also grateful to them in helping me overcome all my fears and getting me through my procedure so smoothly.  The biggest 'Thankyou' to you all.   Amanda Burch - Dilton Marsh.

10 minutes procedure have to wait for more than 2 and half hours. Disgraceful.  They need to learn about time concept. Should have 0 star.
