We had a LOVELY time here today and my daughter found a gorgeous dress for prom. The staff were really friendly and helpful and did not rush us out at all...in fact we were there forever as my daughter was mega indecisive and they were incredibly patient and helpful to the end. We cannot wait to pick the dress up - it was a really great experience.

I bought this beautiful dress from Cinderella's for my daughter to wear to her Prom.  Cinderella's has a wide vareity of beautiful dresses and my daughter had several great otpions to choose from.  I was fine with paying £10 for the appointment as another dress shop I approached wanted £25 for an appointment.  Cinderella's also provide you with details of a dressmaker who can alter the dress if required.  The hour wizzed by and my daughter could have continued trying on dresses for another hour but thankfully we found a gorgeous dress! Thank you Cinderella's.

I visited Cinderella’s recently to buy a prom dress for my 18 year old. Paula and Ruth could not have been more attentive and made her feel so special. They have a wonderful range of dresses and a great eye for knowing what would  suit her. We came away with a dress very different from what we were looking for and my daughter feels gorgeous in it. I can’t fault the service or quality of the products in any way .

I recently brought a dress from this amazing shop! I had some specific requirements due to my daughter being ill, they were accommodating and extremely helpful. They gave us a time slot but nothing was rushed. They helped us choose a dress to suit my daughters shape height and weight. I had a pleasant experience as did my mum and mother in law who also accompanied us. My daughter chose her dream dress and was so please with the verity the shop had. we would highly recommend this shop for all prom needs thanks again for all your help

Cinderella's was so helpful in helping my daughter chose her prom dress.  After what must have been a stressful time in lockdown Paula and Ruth could not have been more helpful and welcomed us in covid secure and did a fabulous job of helping us chose just the right dress.  The recommended alteration service was also brilliant.   Fabulous experience .

Ruth made me feel fabulous whilst helping me choose a dress for a ball I'm attending in the summer. She seemed to know exactly what would work for me, both colour and style and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't rushed at all and had the shop to myself as booked an appointment in advance that fit in with my schedule. The shop is a sparkly wonderland of gorgeous dresses, of all colours, shapes and sizes along with accessories to match. If you need a dress for a special occasion, Cinderella's Prom is the place for you.

Thank you ladies for your help in making Maddi’s prom dress experience so pain free and easy. Dress ordered and within a week we were back to collect. A super friendly service. I have recommended you to many friends.
