It is the test of an online seller when things don't go quite right, this company were fantastic in sorting it out. I can not recommend them highly enough, communication was great and personable, sent replacement product out on a 24hr carrier. Thanks so much!
Such a lovely little shop with lovely things.I used to go in when I was a child! It's a shame it is majorly let it down by the staff being unfriendly, cold and stand-offish. I took a bag full of clothes to sell, be prepared to stay and wait awkwardly while they look through your items.. not as stated on their website. It says it takes 24 hours to mark up your items then they offer you a price the next day. I just think a genuine smile goes a long way.
I brought a few bits here today from A mix of old and new! Was beautiful little Shop!!! So pleased I’ve found it now I will Definitely be a regular! Was served by two lovely ladies who couldn’t be any more helpful! What a little gem in hove!
Love this shop! Such lovely quality stock. I've bought and sold many items over the past 8 years or so. Kate and the gang are always so friendly.
Very rude customer service. The shop supposedly buys new and used toys and clothes to resell, so I contacted them about new kids cutlery sets I have, and they simply never got back. Awful, avoid.
Excellent delivery time. Great range of Jellycat toys and micro scooters which are hard to find at such a competitive price!
I definitely give Poppets 5 for everything. As Lexi the Jellycat Leopard was packed up beautifully and delivered very efficiently.
