Wonderful massage! I got Balance massage and was welcomed by Belle who was lovely and so helpful . An excellent massage that does your whole body at once and is quite an uplifting experience, it is also such a quick and easy way to relax midday short enough even for a lunch break!
My partner and I were welcomed into POD for the first time today. We both selected the scruff massage option for 20 minutes, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, although some movement was a little repetitive. I appreciated the extra Thai stretch included as this helped break up the scruff. I'd definitely customise where possible. The headphones were too loud so I had the volume turned down. Unfortunately, this meant I could hear two other customers who were loudly chatting away for the first 5 minutes or so. Flaoting away into relaxation proved difficult. I recommend that POD that they invest in noise cancelling headphones. Some aromatherapy would've helped here too. Additionally, my partner felt a little rushed to get into the massage l and after comparing our experiences, it seems like she didn't get the massage asked for. The screen to control the massage chair wasn't left to hand so she wasn't able to check in the moment either. Overall, the ease of the experience means we are likely to return and I look forward to trying out the shiatsu, flex options particularly.
Absolutely fantastic & cannot recommend Pod enough. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Sunday on my visit the wonderful Bel, looked after me, & I felt spoilt. She recommended I try the Flex, Normally have mix of two other massages but on her recommendation tried the Flex. It was very very good and felt goid afterwards. The flex was a great combination of massage & stretching all in a chair. I like it because I can just walk in for a session and been lucky. You can make an appointment & have music if you wish, but I prefer not to. I just lay back and enjoy.
Second time here… amazing massage and the lady that assisted us was really lovely. I would certainly recommend POD Brighton and will be back when we are next in the area!
This was defined more relaxing than I was expecting. Such a shame that it's not well used owing to the location up near Wilco. If you fancy some time to block out the world I would recommend - a twenty minute session wouldn't be enough.

Whoever designed these pods deserves a nobel! The experience was way better than having a massage done by a person. I'd 100% recommend giving it a try if this is your first time, you'd come back for more!
I have to admit this was thee best massage I've ever had!! And I've had loads due to a physical job. I could honestly sit in the massage pod for hours and hours. I'm so grateful that they opened on Tuesday for my birthday surprise. The lady that opened sorry forgot your name was absolutely amazing!! She was so professional and welcoming and so helpful guiding me to which massage I should go for she really went above and beyond for us!! Thank you soooo much!!
I tried this out during my vacation to Brighton, loved it so much that I went back again. All my muscles and my body felt rejuvanated
