This is the very best dental practice I have been to - and I am 65 years old. I have seen three dentists there and all without fail, along with their staff are extraordinarily courteous and thoughtful and also very informative about what they are doing. They are gentle and considerate and I really cannot speak more highly of this practice and the service I have received from them - it is a huge relief to have excellent professional service and be treated with respect whether you are paying for your service or not as well. Great Dentist Practice. Really lovely dentists, and really compassionate to those who require a bit of empathy. Lovely receptionists and hygienists. Very reasonable prices too.
Staff are condescending and rude. Horrible experience. Kept me waiting ages. Waiting time between appointments ridiculous. I was told if you don't like it tough luck. Moved surgery now
I would not be visiting this dentist again it is very unhygienic the reception staff are rude. Witnessing them making people wait so their friends can get in first
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL ! HAVING SPENT THE LAST 6 MONTHS IN AGONY - IN THE HOPE THAT MY MOUTH WILL FUNCTION AS IT USED TO - DUE TO THE DENTIST FOREIGN - YOUNG AND INEXPERIENCED. I WAS THERE TO HAVE 1 X SIMPLE EXTRACTION. THE STUPID DENTIST STABBED THE HYPODERMIC NEEDLE STRAIGHT INTO MY BONE ! I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH PAIN. UNABLE TO MOVE MY MOUTH AS MY TONGUE HAD SWELLED UP ; COULDN'T SPEAK - OR EAT AND GLANDS SWELLED UP IN MY BODY IN PLACES I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD ANY AND COULDN'T EVEN WEAR MY DENTURE. FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS HE REFUSED TO SEE ME AS I KNEW I NEEDED AN ANTIBIOTIC - I WAS AFRAID I HAD SOME FORM OF BLOOD POISONING. I WAS A PRISONER IN MY OWN HOME FOR SIX MONTHS. ONLY NOW IS IT SHOWING A REDUCTION IN THE SORENESS AND SWELLING - AND I'M SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT THE PRACTICE IS CLOSING DOWN! I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN APOLOGY WHEN IT HAPPENED. HE MUMBLED SOMETHING ABOUT HE THOUGHT HE'D HIT A POCKET OR A NERVE. WHAT A DENTIST. MY LATE FATHER WAS A PHYSICIAN AND SURGEON IN LONDON; MY LATE STEPFATHER WAS A DENTIST IN LONDON. THEY WOULD TURN IN THEIR GRAVES IF THEY KNEW HOW PATIENTS ARE TREATED. MY OWN DOCTOR REFUSED AS WAS A DENTAL MATTER. FOR ANTIBIOTICS. I WAS EVENTUALLY GIVEN AN APPT WHICH I WAS UNABLE TO KEEP AS I FELT SO UNWELL AND UNSIGHTLY SO INFORMED NATALIE MESIX MO
The most horrendous dental experience of my life. My daughter left deeply upset and in tears do not ever use this dentist.
Very rude on reception as the old hag just last in my face when i asked a question.very unhelpful in everyway possible.ill be changing my dentist when another comes up.
I found staff very helpful and courteous
