My father and I have taken our bikes to Chris to get our gears and brakes adjusted. Chris was incredibly proffessional, was really enthusiastic, had a very quick turnaround time and his pricing was incredibly competetive. It was a pleasure taking the bikes to him to get them serviced. Will definitely be taking them to him in the future if anything needs doing. I've visited a few bike shops in Grantham previously and this one was by far the most pleasant experience. Five stars.
I've used Chris for servicing and sales since he opened and he's breath of fresh air; he's trustworthy, approachable, and knowledgeable. There aren't any other cycle shops in Grantham that tick all of these boxes! Moreover, I've always found his prices to be excellent. A truly great shop that the people of Grantham and the surrounding areas can be proud to support — I know I am!
Great friendly, personal and knowledgeable service at a very competitive price. Chris seems to know his stuff and sorted out the gearing problem on my bike in double quick time. Much better service that the national chains to be found in Grantham and Nottingham.
Just had my bike serviced by Chris and bought a few other bits , excellent job done and brilliant price. Recommend to anyone needing anything and not wanting to be ripped off.

Very helpful and professional took my bike in for work on the Saturday didn't need it untill Monday all the work complete well before Monday picked up Sunday literally walked into the shop at 15:55 Shuts a 16:00 the gentleman kept the shop open for at least another 10 minutes to oblige me , The work done was fantastic as soon as i jumped on my bike noticed a diffrenece. Work Done *Full Service *2 Tyres fitted *2New inner tubes *Gears all sorted *Brake pads changed Asked for few other things i thought i needed but the Sir didn't charge me for work that didnt need doing, its a breath of fresh air to find such an honest professional mechanic hence the 5 stars would give 6 if i could.
