Twice this week we have received post for different people living on a neighbouring road. This is not acceptable from a postal service.
Sent a package there for ebay and it hasnt left the post office yet. The ETA was the 10th of october. Its the 25th of october as im writing this. When i called them the phone rung for ages and no one picked up. Dissapointed. Awful service.
The lady working there turned sending a parcel into the Apollo 11 moon landing mission. I took my parcel and left as it deserves better, and I don't mind to be honest. What I didn't appreciate was the attitude/swagger.
They changed the openining time hours and it’s impossible for people that work to pick their parcels
Best post office in the business! 3 kiosks, super efficient, especially good for drop and go customers!
I have an account and send lots of parcels! Recently sent a parcel. No proper drop off box so people in queue gave me dirty looks. Lady on the phone refused to check, was rude and abrupt when asking if my parcel had been recieved.
Good facilities 1. it has a post office obviously 2. It has an ATM machine facility and 3. It has a separate parcel pick up point for collecting parcels and anything else that needs signing for

Wonderful service friendly people ! but there was one time I tripped and faceplanted hard, all of my posts shattered everywhere, it was horremdous They all pointed at my bum and laughed, even the children it was my saddest day in the universe
