"We are family run business based on the success of our homemade sauce range "Chorley's" and our South African meat range. The sauces are peri-peri and garlic based, which are versatile amd suitable for the whole family. We have huge connections to South Africa and our menu has many options to reflect this We currently operate a small venue in Truro, Cornwall as well as offering takeaway options too! We are so proud of our small, yet booming business. See you soon! Visit our website to find out more, book a table or order some South African treats."

As expats, we were so looking forward to some of our home cooked cuisine, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a let-down. The atmosphere was great and our waitress was really friendly and the service was quick. However, the food did not taste like it does back in South Africa. If you have never tried it before, you probably wouldn't know any different and might probably like it.
Visited on Friday as in area , I originally booked for night after but staff more than happy for us to change. Atmosphere super friendly and relaxed, decor really nice and authentic. We ordered lager and the sharing platter for 2 , presented nicely , was really tasty definitely be going back
Food was really good, I had chicken wings and mutton curry. The wings were definitely my top 3 best wings I ever had. Very disappointed with the curry, it left me with a lot to be desired. My friend had a chicken burger apparently it was his top five burger he ever had. He said better than Bookoos. Service was quick. Friendly customer service and staff. We were lucky to seat down without booking, must have been due to to England v France game.
Fantastic family-run restaurant. Laura & Shane found a table for us at the end of a busy Saturday evening, and they were still able to provide a wonderful atmosphere. First time eating freshly cooked South African cuisine; everything in the sharing platter was excellent. We left full and happy, with a bottle of homemade sauce and a reignited love for Amarula.
A really nice and cosy restaurant with a friendly staff. I've been already two times and the food is amazing, never had south African food before and I love it. Make sure you have space for the desserts! Better that you book a table to make sure you have space. Thank you, already looking forward to going back! Parking: Car park nearby
Cosy, friendly restaurant serving South African comfort food. Everything comes with a choice of sauces, featuring varying degrees of heat. Food is freshly cooked and delicious. The fries in particular were among the best I've ever. Lovely welcoming feel. Highly recommended!
Fantastic little find. We had the sharing platter and both left stuffed. Great staff and cozy atmosphere.Food: 5/5
