Excellent experience buying my car from yourselves. The salesman, Dave Gore, was fantastic from start to finish. Firstly, when I called the day before I purchased, because I was travelling a long way to see the car, Dave immediately took a video of the car and went into great detail on it pointing out any slight marks, etc. He sent it straightaway so I could make my mind up to see the car or not. I decided it was worth it and when I saw it I knew it was. Dave is very knowledgeable in his role and put us at ease in all aspects of buying the car. He took care of everything and really looked after us and gave us a great deal. I would certainly buy again and hope when we next come Dave will still be there to meet us.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Declan. I must say what a gentleman he gave me and my wife a huge amount of time and was a breath of fresh air to deal with. We were pleasantly greeted when we stepped foot in the showroom and was taken through every option that was best suited to our finances. I can honestly say the service was better than any other dealership I had previously visited. He is a credit to your team at Hyundai. Thank you for helping us with the purchase of our new Hyundai Tucson Dec, we’ll be back to see you soon.
When I walked into garage to view a car to I was thinking about getting, the gentleman who dealt with it came over gave me his name Ryan whom dealt with motobility vehicle's. Explained everything to me so that I understood, and once I get the basic information an Details. Then I shall be going back to see Ryan to have a chat and arrange the lease
Lovely cars and show room. Comfy chairs to sit talk and look at information. Customer toilets. Disability friendly and parking outside. Down side for some reason no sale prices on cars so can't work out if for sale or not, or customers or staff cars. No used cars apparently on sale? Gives impression no trade in.
Unfortunately we missed one of the vehicles in stock but an alternative was soon found in the colour we preferred Staff especially Ryan were very pleasant Very pleased so far
Excellent service from initial order right through to collection of our new car and follow up calls. Nothing has been to much trouble and it’s nice to see a dealer who actually cares about customer service once the car has been collected. The salesman was very helpful. We wanted to look at all cars around the area but the car I have chosen was the best by far. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about motability as this is my 1st time on the scheme. Would certainly recommend the staff at Hyundai.
I recently took my Hyundai Kona electric for it's second "Full" 20k service at Chorley Blackpool. I find Chorley really good and always friendly, with smooth switch to any loan car and people who actually talk to you like people, not repeating a script. The cost of owning the Hyundai Kona EV are proving to be low as services are cheap and overnight electricity is still only 7.5p kWh . Overall I can recommend both Chorley motors and Hyundai Kona EV.
