Waste of time dropped offer from 633.00 to 5700 for paint chip stating the chip would cost 75 pound to repair ..can't do minus maths then. Shop around before you go to this place.
The staff are nice, no problem there. I'll report the facts. The car I sold was a non-runner. If it had been working I would have been offered £1150. Was offered £670 as a non-runner online. At the WBAC portakabin I got £418, a reduction of £252 from what it said online, £50 of that being for an 'administration fee'. It shouldn't say £670 if you're gonna get 250 quid less. So I was very disappointed about that.
Very quick efficient service by the Engineer who conducted the sale. A very friendly and helpful employee.
Shocked how quick and easy it was and expected the quote to be reduced but was actually given more .Chap who looked over car was brilliant
I can't believe how simple this service is to use. I got slightly more for my car than the original online estimate. The transaction took no more than 20 mins. The guy in the office was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. The money was in my bank by the time I got home. I would highly recommend.
DO NOT USE!!! What a rip off I was quoted £860 on the website ended up with £430 on the day. If I was you I'd sell privately if you can afford it.
The offer online was good. Comms running up to the inspection also good. The guy examining the car John was nice and professional. The offer dropped the price slightly, because of a mark on the alloys which was very minor and didn’t really reflect a reduction of £150 or so, however, overall I was pretty happy with the process and the price. I would use it again.
The actual visit and discussion with the agent was very good. However the initial valuation to the eventual payment was nearly 50% less. I feel that the original valuation could be more honest and realistic
As alot of people state, when you go for your appointment your vehicle us appraised and the appraiser ysualy finds some damage, ie, chips on paint, where in lights, tyres low on tread so they reduce the price to reflect this. My personal experience was a small reduction but I was still given a very fair price and money in the bank within 24 hours. The gentleman at the festival car park office in Blackpool was, fair and approachable. Very professional at all times. I would use them again. Thank you.
Because John at the Blackpool branch was very impressive, he made the whole process quick efficient and painless. His customer service was outstanding showing great care and understanding with my elderly mother. Thank you John
