We have bought several cars so far over the last few years and have had no problems whatsoever. I found Jeremy honest about problems and any faults were rectified before car was handed over. Had 4 reliable, trouble free cars from them and may have been lucky but we'll be shopping there again.

Do not buy a car from this garage my elderly parents bought a car from this sale room around 2 weeks ago and they have had nothing but problems since they drove it of there fore court . Since they have tried to get the to take a look at the car but in return the staff and car sales man has nothing but rude, nasty and to some what may day aggressive to my elderly parents . I will also be putting this on Facebook as my parents have  been sold a car a none working car !!!!!!!!!!!!

We recently bought another car from Karl Smith's. We bought 1 before had no problems we have paid cash for both cars. This 1 is a Nissan Micra although I am happy with car it was a bad start. We bought car came home and there was a red light saying on. So we got told to take it back and we also noticed the rear wiper was not working and also the handbrake so we took car in they were all good till we picked it up handbrake had been done but not the light and rear wiper. So we had to take it back wiper got done and not the light so we had to take it back and the light went off completely they av bypassed it. So it doesn't come on at all. So my hubby saw the owner and he's like you wanted the light off my hubby said we want the light working. So he started getting funny and said what do u want for a 2 grand car. We were mad as we a.c. recommended this place. Won't buy from again. The car had just past it's mot and the warning light was staying on. The handbrake didn't work and the rear wiper didn't work. So we will stay cleat of Karl Smith's now. That need to work on their after car sales.

Very poor cars! Had a car from them for twelve months and it needed 4 new tyres new brake pads and disks and handbrake cable due to it being over tightened!
It has broken down three times and is now At fiat due to get parts replaced that they said they had replaced at MOT in October!
Poor cars none existent after car sales
Buyers beware!!!!!!!!
