One of the most beautiful, beautiful shops ever. it’s has the prettiest designs of stickers, postcards, candles, wrapping paper, stationary and especially a very wide range of incredible notebooks! I love it every time I go to this shop. Also the staff is incredibly kind and helpful!
The shop is nice. but I had an unpleasant experience during last year’s Christmas season due to a woman who appeared to be the manager. I’ve been hesitant to write a review, but the memory keeps resurfacing and leaving me with a strange feeling. On December 23rd, my friend and I visited the shop and came across a beautiful brochure tucked among some notes. We asked if it was available for purchase, as we were willing to pay for it, and a staff member kindly told us it was a free gift. The brochure wasn’t displayed on the counter but seemed to have been left behind by another customer. After we finished shopping and were about to leave, the manager suddenly took the brochure from our hands, strictly, without saying a word. It was a struggle to get it back, and she didn’t even ask us anything. She just said that they had decided to keep the brochure in the store this year, and she cut us off repeatedly as we tried to explain the situation. Still couldn't understand, that brochure is for 2023 and they have several more in their counter. Where they gonna use it if they are keep it. Her behavior made us feel as if we were trying to sneak out with something we shouldn’t have taken. When we mentioned that another staff member had already given us permission to take it more than an hour earlier, she stopped us at the door and loudly called out the employee’s name in the small shop to confirm with the staff. It was incredibly embarrassing, and I felt sorry for the staff member involved. What should have been a delightful experience in such a lovely store during the Christmas season turned out to be a disappointment. The staffs working there seemed to create a pleasant atmosphere for customers, but the manager’s behavior ruined everything. She had already been showing unkindness, commanding, and pressuring to employee at the counter. I hope she’s no longer working there, as it must be a nightmare for the sweet staff as well.
I loved this shop! Their selection of inks, papers/journals, wax and wax seals, stationary, and knickknacks is impressive for how small it is. Excellent customer service. Next time I’m in London, I’m definitely coming back here!
Absolutely gorgeous store with plenty of good quality items. Don’t expect a ton of material but a perfectly curated small selection of top stationery, some of it like notebooks and agendas hand made.
I don't really need to write a review of this charming stationery store, since everyone already knows it's amazing, but I will anyway. Really appreciated how much selection they squeezed into a not-so-huge space: everything from many kinds of pencils to fountain pen ink...even old-fashioned sealing wax and stamps. Could easily spend a full hour browsing and buying in here.
Loved this stationery store! They had a great selection of paper and notebooks. Many of their journals were unique to the store and reasonably priced. They had a small selection of fountain pens but nothing wild there. It was an adorable store and the staff were great. I’d go back again!
Absolutely beautiful shop, which is a must visit for stationery lovers. Beautiful notebooks and diaries, with a wide range of inks and writing implements. There are delicate wrapping paper sheets hanging on the walls and letter writing sets on the tables. This is the place to visit for a really special gift. Also, a Christmas visit is a must!
Absolute heaven ! I can't believe I just discovered it, feel like I've been missing out. A wonderful selection of paper good including décorative paper, writing paper, sketchbook, notebooks, pens, paint and stationery beautiful created. Lovely prints & excellent quality. I got some paper sheets for cover boxes and books and also treated myself to a beautiful sketchbook. The sales assistant was lovely and welcoming. Also you get to pick a label when buying a notebook it's the little things that matter. Truly can't wait for my next visit.

Oh my goodness! I can't explain how happy I am that I found this shop. Everyone inside is so nice and helpful, and there are tons of unique gifts and items to choose from. I can tell that everything was created with care and passion. This shop transports you to another place and I wish I could come back really soon. Thank you for my wonderful items! :
