I wouldn't recommend purchasing major items here. Nice selection of furniture, but extremely poor customer service. We purchased lighting, tables, and sofas from Monologue and after waiting over a month for the sofas, they delivered the wrong configuration and put all the blame on the manufacturer. Since that mess, I tried to reach Monologue for weeks on end by email, phone, and WhatsApp and was being purposefully ignored. Use the store for inspiration, but if you have a choice purchase from a more reputable establishment.
Some of the most unique and beautiful decor pieces and furniture I have seen in London. Ordered 6 items in the evening and received the day after with premium courier service paid for. Incredibly thoughtful of the team to check in to see when I would be available to accept the delivery, and I was already opening the packages a mere hour after confirming. Thank you for brightening up this lockdown!
A spot you don't want to miss if you are into interior design and amazing home decor! The new showroom is now open, with more space and an amazing setting of the most exquisite selection of designers and brands.
Wow what an amazing shop! I loved everything! The service was excellent, staff were we helpful and gave me loads of information about their product range. Monologue is not your average interior shop, filled with great furniture and objects that you won’t see on the high street. It’s a great place for gifts too! The candles, the vases, I could go on forever. I highly recommend this store.
I wish I had found Monologue sooner! I purchased a set of Pillar Candles which are beautiful but looking on the website there are so many wonderful things. The personal service was excellent, delivery was super efficient and I highly recommend them.
“Webstore team” that's how someone from monologulondon.com introduced themselves in the e-mail correspondence tried to extort me for a shipping fee of £135 UK mainland or £55 London area for sending one EX-DISPLAY dining chair which brings too close for comfort to the cost of a brand new posted item. Shipping costs already been paid when placing the order. Shameless, isn’t it? I felt like I had to pay the ransom for receiving an order… I have never experienced such behaviour from any furniture retailer before. If you are a seller you take responsibility for your checkout process. Will not use again and do not recommend.
I have purchased a product from them and did not notice that it was a pre-order. I have received an e-mail the next working day from them making sure that I knew that this was a pre-order. I have sent an e-mail back asking to cancel the order and received a reply and cancellation order request just minutes after. Great service! Will definitely buy from them in the future!
After finding out that seeing sofas IRL would be tricky due to a lot of places closing their doors; I found Monologue who had done the opposite and opened a brand new showroom. The pieces there are cracking. Lukas and the team at Monologue were fantastic, even navigating a slight delay with samples being sent from Italy thnx Brexit!!. Extremely approachable, helpful and their level of communication was on point. Superb experience!
This has to be on of my favourite design shops in London. They have a very well curated selection of pieces that also work together really well. I particularly love the lighting and accessories they have. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Such a lovely shop, wanted a lot more than we bought! We did buy a gorgeous lamp and customer service was amazing when it broke nearly 2 years later. Highly recommend.
