It’s often quite busy. some of the guys at the photocopier could definitely be a bit friendlier haha! However, I have to give a shout-out to Nina at the postal service , she provides excellent customer service and really makes the experience much more pleasant. It’s great to have someone like her around to help speed up the process
Dear Ryman Team I am the customer who printed documents at Ryman 5, 11 Regent Street Saint James's, St. James's, London SW1Y 4LR on 3 May 2024 at about 10:05 am. At that time, I had a lot of material to print, and at first the clerk who served me was very friendly. However, during the printing process, the clerk was suddenly changed and a tall male clerk started to take over my service. Since then, the whole printing process has been very bad. The male clerk interrupted my printing process on more than one occasion to give priority to other customers. He refused to continue to serve me because my documents were too large. Significantly ,his tone and attitude was extremely rude and unfriendly. This interruption and the delays had a serious impact on my work schedule. As a well-known chain shop, I should have received a good service experience. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. I hope that your shop will take this matter seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent this type of situation from recurring and creating a bad experience for your customers. I would also like to be reasonably compensated for the time and financial loss caused. Regards Iceli
This was the first time I have visited Ryman in Piccadilly, London and when I say the service from Lambert was exceptional, this is an understatement I came in to pick up a printer that would suit the needs of my business, and whilst a seemingly pushy colleague/manager got in the way of Lambert advising me he was evidently trying to sell my the highest priced printer he still managed to advise me on the best item for me needs, even though it wasn’t the most expensive and his honesty and openness will always be appreciated. I will certainly be coming back to Lambert for any tech advise I need! Thank you!
I recently visited Rymans, and I was really impressed with the wide variety of products they offer. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning soon!
Came in to get something printed on a canvas and Steve was really helpful especially since it was last minute! Very understanding of what i wanted and overall great service!
On two occasions recently I have been very well looked after. The first was when I was preparing to travel to South Africa and Nina, the member of staff who helped me, arranged a Post Office Money Card with minimum fuss and bother. Today, I had to renew me driving licence, having had trouble onlne. Here again, she took great trouble to ensure that everything was properly done; and the process was as painless as could be. I had a very pleasant experience at Ryman stationary with massive thanks to the lovely lady, Nadine, at the cashier. I had come to Ryman to send a post through the post office where Nadine was super kind in helping me meticulously wrap my post. She was extremely helpful which I really appreciated. Lana was operating the self service posting stations with ease. I assumed my parcel was medium sized but she changed it to small and saved me money on my postage. She smiled through manic Christmas shoppers and made sure the process was smooth.
