I asked to get a manicure with shilak, the girl never did the manicure herself, even after I repeated that I needed it for the 3rd time. The instruments are not sterile, the remnants of the skin from the crying client are directly visible. What is more, they don’t have a manager or administrator. I was passing by and wanted some information. They gave me the business card. I was planning to go there but read the bad reviews here and got scared. Also they do not respond to the reviews which shows they don’t care I ll listen to others and avoid:

Never on time. This is now the 3rd time I took an appointment and always I had to wait too long. It was really the last time I was here. They are not really friendly..doing the work without any smile. I have found another studio next to King's Road.

If I could give a half star I would. Terrible service. They made a horrible, bumpy manicure worst I have ever had; it was evening and I was rushing so I had not realized immediately. When the day after I went there to fix it they treated me very rudely, instead of apologising, and forced me to use again the same unbranded nail polish of the day before, despite me asking to change to OPI given the bad result of the day before. Finally, only after long discussions and having seen that the first coat of the unbranded product wasn t working still bumpy manicure they gave a last coat of OPI which improved the result as expected although manicure still a bit bumpy given the first coat done with the unbranded product, but at that point it couldn’t be removed again, otherwise it would have damaged my nails. The female manager is very rude, doesn’t even say hello , and tried to do my pedicure, the first thing she did cut skin near the toenail, and then put someone else to finish the job. She had no clue about sound a pedicure. The prices are very high, ridiculousServices: Manicure

Booked a 4pm manicure but was not started until going on 4.30pm - they appear to take on more appts than can cope with. Manicurist drew blood twice which i do not find acceptable- no apology either. Good overall result but had to wait too long and drawing blood is not what one expects.

I had an appointment booked for 12:30 on a Wednesday in my lunch hour, I arrived 5 mins early and they told me to choose my color. I chose my color and sat down. I got shown to my seat 5-6 mins after 12:30 ad waited there till 12:58. No one came to apologise they were running late once in the 30 mins. I was not offered a drink in this 30 mins as well, even though the lady having her nails done in front of me had been. The actual place is fairly clean and pleasant looking, they have a huge variety of colors to choose from but they lacking on the bad time management of appointments. Won't go back.

They ruined my nails and blamed me? Because I'm the nail technician? Went on to pass me round 3 technichians and each time very clearly talking about me and other customers in Vietnamese. Laughing and sniggering. They went on to offer all other customers a glass of prosecco or a drink apart from me. The second technician cut 2 of my fingers while filing viguorously and didn't let me know and put alcohol on the cuts, that's when I found out! Terrible experience. Overpriced for the service I received! Go 10 mins down the road for better service! I will not be back....

Nails are done very well but the organisation is HORRIBLE. There is no point in booking because the place is an organisational mess. To give you an example i booked manicure and pedicure AT THE SAME TIME to be efficient. As i arrived they made me wait 15-20mins, sat me for pedicure and only after 1h!!!! And lots of complaining on my part they have sent me somebody for manicure... The quality of the nails job is high but all the stress and time wasted along with it are just too much to come back...
