Daniel Galvin Jr is an award winning colourist with his own beautiful salon located in the heart of Belgravia. The boutique salon specializes in both hair colouring and hair styling and also offers clients tailored in-house nail artistry.

The Daniel Glavin Jr hair colour philosophy is to protect the integrity of the hair and to ensure all clients leave the salon with hair that shines like glass. Daniel said ‘I don’t try to make my clients look beautiful; I show them they already are.’

The gorgeous grade 2 listed building was built in the Georgian/Regency period. The salon sits on 2 floors and boasts panoramic windows on the upper-level and 5 sets of French doors on the lower-level to maximise the amount of natural light in the salon to compliment clients’ hair.

The Daniel Galvin Junior salon reflects Daniel’s personality and a homely atmosphere for clients. All of the salon’s fixtures and fittings are bespoke and the team work under the philosophy ‘the design is boutique, the service is unique’.

I had my hair highlighted  by Erica , she checked what I wanted to achieve with the colour and discussed options with me. She was excellent,professional and very attentive, taking care of me throughout the afternoon. The salon staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend Erica and the salon.

The experience during the appointment was ok. First time I trusted to get my hair colour done in London - it’s was only roots growth basically. Unfortunately, they coloured them too dark, and I was told they wouldn’t do it.

Could not have asked for better customer service from the lovely Ruben and Erica! They are both brilliant at their jobs - it was such a relaxing experience getting my hair done here. Excellent service and I will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

Had a booking for a model night, can’t believe it was only £75 for highlights at a top salon with a colourist. I saw Raff, he’s lovely, and my hair looks great. Hoping the deal will still be running when I need my roots doing because I’d love to have them done by Raff again!

Fabulous service from Raff. I've had bad experiences with colourists in the past at different salons and Raff instantly put me at ease explaining what colours would work well on me from the pictures I showed and the steps we would take in order to achieve it. He did all of this despite how busy they were. Left feeling a million dollars and with the perfect colour that I was after! Thank you Raff, you've restored my confidence!! Had an appointment today for cut and blow dry. No hot water!! Their boiler wasn’t able to produce hot water for any hair wash. Had a freezing cold wash. Normally have two plus a head massage but none of that today! Shocking plus they tried to charge me over the top! I love my hairdresser who cuts my hair well and she was embarrassed also. It was awful. My first outing after lockdown so very very disappointed and no acknowledgement from management which I found so arrogant. Great pity!

I saw Rachel at Daniel Galvin Jnr and she was amazing. My hair looks incredible. I would recommend her to anyone. My hair was very long and I went boy short and its perfect. Could not speak more highly of her and the salon.ServicesHairstyling

Amazing Salon, it was  busy, yet this didn't impact the amazing service I received, there was a buzzing atmosphere - as soon as you walk in it feels like such a treat! Raff was there to greet me as I arrived, The colorist I was booked with. He'd even taken the time to discuss what I wanted prior to my appointment; I sent him pics of my hair as it is, and what I wanted. I have quite dark brown hard/ almost black, and of course I want it blonde! He explained in advance that this drastic colour change, could damage my hair in the long term and sent me some images of what he had achieved for other clients using Balayage. He's the pro so I followed his advice... I AM SO GLAD I DID! My hair looks amazing  even if I do say so !, its still lovely and shiny. I feel like I am blonde, yet without the damage... Could not be happier, and so surprised to see the review below. I've already booked in my next colour appointment, not only that but my mum is heading there this week after seeing how lovely mine has turned out!

Just had a root tint, nothing too exciting, but lovely salon. Raff is really great. He also kindly managed to also arrange a last min appointment with a stylist for a blow dry after my colour.

Had an amazing experience this week with the hairstylist Marisa to get my hair blonde again. Mary Meire also helped and I left feeling great. Definitely recommend their services!
