Really happy with the service. Friendly and professional everytime I come in.

Efficient service and friendly staff. They did a good job of my manicure at a very reasonable price. Can’t fault them.

No idea of customer service. Half an hour wait was fine but then half an hour to fix and repaint 1 natural nail for £5. I was desperate as I couldn't go to my normal one and the others close by were really busy.

Horrible treatment by staff, bad service, seriously lacking in customer service. If you're up for rudeness by all means book an appointment.

4 of my shellac nails fell off within 10 days and would refuse to fix it even though the guy who did it for me, clearly recognised me but wouldn't look at me. Then the lady who refused to fix it started arguing in a different language with the manager, probably calling me names will never know. So rude, will never go back!

Tony does good nails, been going to him for nearly a year now
