I am so disappointed with this Chinese. I ordered a takeaway for me and my boyfriend tonight and they told me it would be 30-45 minutes. My boyfriend was at home after just arriving from work and the takeaway arrived, 10 minutes after me placing the order. I had got up as soon as I ordered and popped to the bank to get the money out. My boyfriend told the driver I was just pulling round the corner with the money and the take away driver laughed at him and told him it's not his fault we carnt afford a takeaway and walked away. He told him I was literally one minute away and he just got back in his car. I called the takeaway as I saw his car pulling away and he told me there was nothing he could do, he isn't the driver and it's not his fault the driver is rude. Seriously poor customer service and rude staff. Will not ever be ordering from here again and I advise no one else to either. It says it all if the food was at my door within 10 minutes of placing an order, how can good food be cooked in 5 minutes. Terrible. Management needs sorting.
