cant recommend enough I purchased a 208 GTI from them using my own finance company however had an issue with another car. meaning i would have to cancel on the purchase. The team and craig especially were courteous and understanding with this and helped even though this has caused a lot of hassle for them.
Amazing, love the car, low milage and staff friendly. No stress. Can not recommend them enough. Shame I could only give 5 stars as they deserve more. Definitely come back to buy again. Thanks guys
Great experience with the Paul the dad of the father son business. From original enquiry to going and collecting good communication. Stayed behind for us so we could get there in the Saturday afternoon. Taxed the car and came with a 12 month mot. Was a shame the outside of the car was dirty , very dusty. For £12000 I kinda would of expected a clean car but hey that’s just me! The inside was clean so maybe the location makes it hard to keep them clean on the outside. All in all a very positive experience, would recommend and use again for any future car purchases. Cheers Paul
I have always brought a car through a dealer because there is the comfort blanket which comes with a larger organisation. We visited many dealers but were not approached by anyone so we started to explore the independent second hand dealers and we found the right car at the right price. The whole experience was pleasant smooth and painless and I love the car. I would highly recommend chiltern cars if you are looking for a second hand car they were fair on my part exchange as well. There were a few tiny issues with a switch and a rear windscreen washer not working and I have to take it back to get those sorted but I know there will not be a problem. Buy with confidence here.
I was very happy with the services provided by Craig when I bought my Seat Leon from him. He was very professional, the car was prepared to a very high standard, the whole buying process was very smooth and everything was done as promised. I had great experience this time and will definately be checking their cars when I decide to buy my next car!

I bought a car from Chiltern Car Sales a month ago and am delighted with my purchase and also with the way I was treated. I felt that I was dealing with a family firm that was trustworthy and was not at all like the archetypal image of a car dealer. Everything was handled in a straight-forward manner, by both Craig and his father and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a good company to deal with.
I bought a 20 year old Subaru Outback H6 from Chiltern Car Sales in November. The process of buying the car remotely was straightforward - arranged a date to collect it and picked it up as arranged. Highly delighted with both the car and the service.
Just over a month ago I have bought Audi A3. Over the phone I was told it's perfect condition it's very good looking car with full service history. I came to see it following day and yes I really like it the car but from paper work I couldn't see full service history as they were just invoice for brake pads, oil etc Than I have been told that service history is digital and I cant see it. Anyway I wasn't completely happy about it but I liked the car. I decided to go for it anyway. Just yesterday I find out that only service registered in digital history was done in 2015! I decided to put my review after all. I think Chiltern Cars should be more honest with they customers as I wouldn't recommend they garage based on my experience.
Me and my partner travelled from Edinburgh to Chiltern Car sales at the weekend to purchase a Range Rover Evoque from Chiltern Car Sales and I am so impressed with our experience from start to finish. Craig provided such a high level of customer service and the car was absolutely immaculate and came with a full years service and MOT. Highly recommend this honest and reliable garage - I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future. Thanks so much.
