Really great place. Stopped in to buy a part because I was having a weird problem. The guy was super intrigued and basically ended up dropping what he was doing to take apart my wheel to try and resolve the issue. Which we did, he gave good advice, helped me stretch out lifespan and didn't just try to sell me a replacement. Really happy with the place, will go back for bits and advice in future.

Absolutely spot on service at a great price and so much more personable than a retail chain too. Elliott and Cat were lovely and gave me good advice to preserve my bike, as well as the repairs needed. This was really thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and will certainly go back there. Thanks!

Don't bother with the big name shops, this is the best place for anything to do with bikes. They fixed mine quickly and at very reasonable cost when nobody else knew what the problem was. Great friendly service!

Took a fairly old bike in for university and found the customer service and repair at high quality. Needed a lot of work and came in at £120 after two weeks. The only did repairs that were essential and kept parts that were old but worked so costs were reduced. They talked through everything that was needed on the bike so everything was transparent. In terms of accessories there were cheaper options at Halfords but good value repairs.

What a place! Awesome in every sense. And sometimes a little crazy! But crazy’s good. The place is always buzzin. Elliot enthuses ‘bike’ whether it be a high end roadie, MTB or a shopper used by the granny down the road he can’t help but be interested in your cycling & cycling stories. I have the option of free bike servicing & repairs through my employer but continue to use London Road Cycles for all my cycling needs because the service Elliot provides is so good. Whether it be a simple spoke repair, full service or a strip down, refurb & custom rebuild Elliot is your man. So convenient too as it’s just off the busy A40 with plenty of parking. I love having a local indy bike shop for all my cycling requirements. I’m super lucky to one that’s run by a cycling nutcase in the form of big crazy Elliot. Don’t tell anyone but the last time I was in I gave him a proper ‘man hug’ coz he did such an outstanding job on the custom build I’d commissioned him to do. Great place. Great service. Great bloke.
