The worst place i have ordered food from. Took 2 and a half hours. called around 2 hours and the phone kept ringing until someone picked up and asked where my food was and was replied with 'oh someone took it out but had a crash so making u a new one. will be ready in another half hour'. and then hung up straight away. Not even a courtesy call to say the food will be delayed. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER from this place!! If I could give Zero stars I would! Rude, arrogant, onboxious and absolutely take the p*ss! Ordered food at 17:45 and still waiting with no call or contact at 19:45! 2 hours no food and not even a courtesy call to suggest a delay. Called 9 times before anyone answered and the man tells me it's another half an hour!! Then he hung up on me!! I called back to ask what his name is and he said "Albert" even though it was an Asian man! Absolute waste of my time and energy AND money. Cancelled my order and will never order again!

Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for 20 Chicken wings and a Chicken fillet burger meal even though it's only a 20 minute walk. The batter was soggy but the spice was half decent. One of the chicken wings looked like it suffered from cancer and I was worried to eat it as it didn't look healthy at all.

Ordered last night food took over an hour, missing item, when called they said they had problems with all orders then hung up... After opening the main chicken only 7 pieces of chicken when there was supposed to be 8 thieves.. Please don't order here there are many better places
