We went last Sunday. I had the cauliflower wings which were lovely. The food was great as we're the staff. Smiley, friendly and a breath of fresh air.
I've been meaning to try this place for a while as I'd been told they serve the best wings in Poole. I went with my son, we were sat by a friendly staff member. My son had a wrap which he really enjoyed and asked to go back again. I had wings which were cooked really well and tasted great. I love blues music so was happy to hear there was blues being played and it wasn't just a name. I'll definitely return. Decent veggie options too.
These are the new portion sizes, they do not advertise this but they are about 1/3 of the size the used to be. These two wraps and handful of sweet potato fries will set you back 25£. Real shame as chicken and blues was always a favourite
This was a great find for a lunch. Great staff, relaxing place and excellent food. I had a portion of 15 wings and some fries. The wings were crunchy on the outside but moist on the inside. Next time I’m in the area it’s on the roster for another visit.
Good Place, My daughter likes it. Dont like the rain gutter pouring water over the front door as you walk in - seems to have been like that for ages.
It was not only me and my family's first time in the establishment but our first time in Poole, as well! And as soon as we entered the doors, we felt extremely welcome. The interior was great, it was clean, staff were great and the food was gorgeous! My mother had BBQ chicken, sweet fries and coleslaw. Delicious. Half a BBQ chicken, fries ,mamma's gravy and slaw was my father's. Delicious. I had 3 chicken thighs, sweet fries and mamas gravy. DELICIOUS All for a great price. Could not complain, and a great start to our holiday!
Unfortunately, I cant leave a no star review. Ordered a veggie wrap along with other items, and we got a chicken wrap, despite the label saying otherwise. I fully understand that mistakes happen, but the customer service was unbelievably appalling. We contacted them and the member of staff who we spoke with was not interested in helping, she said that is "was not her fault" and that "she didn't make it". They would not order and deliver another wrap. All you needed to do was apologise make the correct wrap and deliver it. if this is the level of customer service you seem acceptable then that is dreadful. As result of this poor customer service you have lost 4 customers. it is a shame as the food is good despite the prices.
Food and service is always really good and consistent. Very disappointed that you have banned dogs from your collection areas. I understand from your staff members always great that it because 1 person complained! Policies shouldn’t be made for the individual, but for the majority. Very sad news, when none of your stores have anywhere safe to leave the dog outside…. Poor decision!!

Great food and great customer service. I had a bit of email communication with Josh the manager over potential improvements. It is really evident that this team is caring, resilient and dedicated to serving customers. More than just a chicken shop.
