This is an extremely busy company who, to be honest, don't really need a review to say just how good and professional they are but I was so impressed with them, I just had to. A great independant company who have decades of experience each and offer great quality work as well as a honest service. I told them what I thought was wrong and to replace the whole unit, they could have done so at a good cost to me but instead, traced and replaced the part required within the same unit at a fraction of the cost. Just can't fault good old fashioned honesty.
These guys are amazing very helpful and know exactly what they are doing Friendly service and the work carried out is to the highest standard So glad to find this business and will use from now on My Range Rover is now like driving a different car Thankyou guys Highly recommend business
After being charged to be told by other so called specialists that's it would take a day to get my discovery 3 suspension problems sorted, i thought id get a second opinion, then i found Chichester 4x4. They booked me in for a quick diagnostic. 10 mins later and some very helpful advice car is now back to normal. Great customer service skills. Very helpful Highly recommended.
Phil and the Team are the best 4X4 Specialists by far! they are fast, efficient and courteous , What these guys don't know isn't worth worrying about - whatever your problem - these guys have come across it and can fix it! I've used several "other" local so called 4x4 specialists in the past- but these guys win hands down! What I also appreciated is when they show you the parts they have removed so you can see for yourself that the part was worn/damaged and not replaced unnecessarily - a great service that I will continue to use and cant recommend highly enough!
Recommended by a friend, couldn't be happier, Was advised work could take two weeks as they were very busy and my Landrover Discovery 2 was a breakdown not a booked in. Work done in a week price less than quoted as job wasn't as bad as we all initially thought and such friendly staff. They even changed a bulb and fuse for me. Thank you all. :-
They have looked after my cars for many years but 2 days ago they pulled out all the stops, my car needed a new alternator, they knew I needed my car so even though very busy it came back today all work done, a pat on the back and a hearty well done.ServicesElectrical repair, General repairs & maintenance
Super helpful at short notice!
Felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Chichester 4x4. They explained all aspects of the work required, the expected cost and time frames. A bit disappointed that I'll have to wait over a month until they are able to do the work required, but this is indicative of the popularity of the garage.
