I used to order from here regularly. The service was hit and miss. When they delivered it fresh, it was great. But if they were busy, I could be waiting 1 hour and beyond - by which time it would be cold and hard. Bear in mind I live literally 2 mins walk from the place. I'd order it delivered if the children were in bed and my wife was out, just in case you are thinking I'm a lazy slob. Anyway, the 1 star is to warn anyone about the last time we ordered from them. Approx 2 hour wait, numerous phone calls from us to chase it up and when finally delivered - cold and hard. My wife rang to ask for a replacement to be told in no uncertain terms where to go, ie 'f off!' Needless to say, haven't been near since and warned friends/family to steer clear.

Horrible customer service told us not to order again as we live just over 3 mile away and even paid 1.60 for the extra half a mile to a mile away Donna covered in grease and so was everything else due to all the grease I the Donna tray didn't even send the pizza we orders won't be ordering again an absolute waste of money and time.
