Very disappointed. I bought an Audi A3 from here and within days I had a warning light pop up. The local garage informed me that there were over ten faults showing. I took it back to them and they said it was a loose connection. I've now had the car for 7 months and its costed me about £700 pounds in repairs so far and has broken down on me repeatedly. The mechanic that has done the work recently suggested that the car was sold to me with the fault. I wont be buying another car from here.

I bought a car from chequered flag. The car was not clean, it smelt like wet dog. There was animal hair on the seats. There was stale candy and wrappers in the back of the passenger seat. Ther was no manual with the vehicle.The two men in the little glass office didnt remove their sunglasses to even speak to me. The sale was all dealt with by the finance company and was non refundable without extortionate charges. The car did not even come with head rests for the back passengers. I wouldnt even send an enemy to this garage. I will never ever ever recommended this place to anyone. I used it as a last resort and in an emergency and the few times i called up after with enquiries they couldnt wait to get me off the phone. These men probably have daughters, i just hope their daughters arent as ignorant as these men. Total rip off and mannerless. If i was rich enough to avoid this garage i would have. Do your car research before going here. You will get a better deal. I had no time to research. Im not resentful im just honest. Avoid daylight robbery. Use another garage. And the ridiculous guarantee of onlt covering the engine and clutch clearly indicates the cars are not top quality.
