Just purchased a second car from the Rhondda Motor Company. The staff are brilliant, friendly and help every time we had a question. Part exchange rates are great and again they will do everything to help. The cars are clean and the team will answer any questions about a car with great advice. Please take a look when you're thinking about getting a car.
Had a terrible experience! Firstly after looking around at the cars we noticed almost every car was completely covered in mould steering wheels, gear sticks, seat belts, seats. So would advise anyone going to see a car to take a cloth to wipe the car down before you view or drive it. Test drove the first car a white corsa which the engine light was on, and wouldn’t accelerate over 30mph, so decided to test drive a different corsa which was also completely covered in mould, and engine was making a strange sound hunting and had a lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust. We decided to look at one more car while we were there because we had travelled quite far to get to this garage. To which dans response was very rude, and had a very bad attitude. It made me feel very intimidated the rest of the time that I was there. Saying he felt like we’d taken too long with the other cars, when we’d only been 15 minutes max per car. The third car then wouldn’t even start. Horrible experience from start to finish!!
I would avoid this dealership at all costs. They sold me a broken vehicle and offered little to no help with fixing it. I worked hard to save and spent thousands on this van now I’m left with a worthless piece of junk. And on top of the the staff were hostile and rude. Spend your money elsewhere!
Brilliant service sales and aftersales.value for money is second to none.the car I bought has already taken me to Lincoln Scotland and Rhyl.no problems.few strange occasional noises but it's not new by any means.extremely helpful staff and a good buying experience.be back for upgrade by Xmas.
My son bought his first car here good choice of cars at lower prices professional service friendly and no pushy salesman could pick the car up next day with new 12 month m o the Would use again
I’ve never left a bad review on a company before but this one deserves it. I’ve spent over a £1,000 on my Ford Fiesta since purchasing it in September. The issues started a week after I bought it, I took it back several times for them to ‘fix’ it but the issues persisted. I’m a 23 year old girl and believe that this garage took advantage of my lack of knowledge surrounding cars. I wanted to return it to get my money back but the owner was rude and turned it around on me. I understand that this is a money making business but I saved up for that car and now I have to sell it for half of what I bought it for 11 months ago. I will never support a business that exploits its customers for money!
So far so good. Chosen my car and have requested some work to be done before collection which was agreed. Very easy to deal with as there were several emails back and forth and not were not pushy at all. Says it as it is which I like. Looking forward to picking it up next week. Car going back in for work on the sunroof. Very helpful in dealing with the issue. Other than this the car is great.
Don’t know where to start with this but all I can say is this place needs to be avoided . My daughter bought her car from them last year after saving and within a week of driving it went back numerous times and been repaired by other garages and been told alot of faults on the car are from this garage . Sadly we made the mistake of not doing something straight away and checking our rights and keeping all conversations and details including being told to ‘crack on’ when saying we would be in touch with trading standards . My daughter has broken down on the motorway numerous times and is scared to drive the car due to anxiety. We are in a no win situation and can’t keep throwing money at it after already spending a extra £1000 since on problems , does make you wonder how these people sleep at night .. i wouldn’t recommend anyone goes there and if you do be prepared if the car you buy is faulty these people actually don’t care sorry to say .
Update on review- I just wanted to up date my review. I've had to purchase a second car this week for Hubby and had the exact 5 star treatment again, thanks Dan and Neil. It really is a great dealership.. Thanks again for looking after us. - Recently purchased a Citroen Grand Picasso from this dealership. I have found Dan and his team really helpful, no pressure to purchase and Dan always got back to me quickly with any queries..They changed cam belt and water tank and prices were good. I also noticed after purchasing, the car does not come with a spare wheel as standard and Dan didn't hesitate to offer to supply a compressor and sealant free of charge. Overall I'm really happy with the car and the service. As a woman going up on my own I felt really comfortable so thanks Dan and team : x
Great team of people leave you to choose the car you want with no pressure and willing to help out in any way they can to get you in the right car would highly recommend just purchased and VW golf mk7 2013 so far so good no complaints thank you R.M.C
