Ordered pizzas at 1540 they finally arrived lukewarm at 1715. Though the driver did apologise and say he had yo make them himself when he started his shift as the previous duty manager had done nothing sounds like they are seriously short staffed. I'd recommend if your hungry... go elsewhere. Wrong side order sent as well.
Can i please ask why the store was even open when the staff inside doesn’t want to serve. Day- 20 th nov , time - around 9:20 . I work in fast food chain . I don’t expect too kuch quick service at a pizza store but atleast seeving the customer will help .Have always been fan of pizza hut and there is no other nearby. 3rd time in a year got disappointed same store and today I thought of putting a review.
Waited over 2 hours for food, still not received it! Everytime we tried to call to have our update for our food the call was rejected and the phone was put down. Worst service I’ve ever had.
Ordered Pizza Hut tonight 8/11/19, absolutely disgusting. After an hour wait even though the estimated time was 35-45 minutes. It took over an hour to turn up. I spent £28 on three pizzas and a side apart of the Two for 20 + £6 for another pizza. When it eventually turned up on the door, it was wet. The boxes were wet and damp in places like they had been left out in the rain. The wedges were freezing cold, my pizza was cold too and the cheese had gone from being a solid to like a really disgusting liquid that you could SPREAD!!! See photo attached. I love Pizza Hut, expect this store; this place needs to be closed A.S.A.P, it's always a shamble and an utter joke. Go to the one in the high street or use the one over at Chelmer Valley retail park. Just AVOID ordering from this place AT ALL COSTS! Not worth the risk for the prices that Pizza Hut charges.

Worst experience!!! I went to order pizza and I faced worst customer service nobody acknowledged and seems they can’t bother to take my order. Why is the store even open .
Decent takeaway pizza. Not really any complaints except the waiting area is draughty and worn out. Vegetarian options: Yes. See the website. Parking: Very limited street parking. Advised not to.
Overall great food, delivered mostly either early or on time and hot! The only times I've ever had any issues, I've contacted them directly and the manager has dealt with whatever the issue has been immediately. I've had virtually no delivery problems ordering from them directly, unlike going through a third party.
Genuinely deliver crushed and inedible, driver stated ‘I’m just the driver you need to complain’. Think he must have used the boxes as a booster seat? However, the store promptly delivered refreshed order which was appreciated.
Ordered at 18:03 was advised 70-80mins delivery…. After this time I called to chase and was advised the deliveroo driver had eaten our order???? We didn’t order through deliveroo, we ordered direct from the website? Was advised our order was being remade and would be another 20mins. Which we agreed to having a hungry and exited 3 year old and being heavily pregnant we were willing to wait for our pizza. After another 30mins waiting we called again, to be told our order had just come out the oven and they were waiting for a driver to deliver the food!! Said would be another 5mins, but as we live at least 10mins from town I doubted that time frame! Very disappointed daughter who now was up past her bedtime for pizza and I was a hungry pregnant lady! Told them I wanted a refund 2 hours wait for a couple of pizzas is a joke, especially when one of the drivers supposedly ate our order!!! Was given a number to call, due to Covid no one was answering so had to go online. Was offered my money back and a £5 off voucher, but to be honest I won’t be using that as been put off by this experience! Still waiting for the refund currently!
