Hello, This negative message is going to be justified below, and not intended to someone in particular but to the overall company. I have to say it is pretty BAD. The experience I still have with this shop is a complete disaster. -- 2 months ago, I ordered some parts on the website, bike-parts-Honda, because I was looking for a rare part for my bike, and it seemed to be the only shop to have it I have looked over in Japan, Europe, etc...I am living in France, as it was written "available" with the price tag on it. I had to pay for the whole parts order, which is normal, then, nothing for a week, two, three I called / e-mailed them in the meantime, but nothing. Then, I got the parts department on the phone, asking me to justify my payment of the parts because it was taking too long and wanted to get a refund....I had to send them the order of almost £400 i've made and a proof of payment as they were not able to see my order ??! Its a joke ! Finally had a reply to tell me the part was out of production.....Why would you make me pay for a part you have not checked for the availability first ?? And then make me wait for three weeks, Please, UPDATE your website ! -- Then, after struggling to get the parts department, yes, it is very HARD to get the person in charge...or to get called back as you NEVER did. I was noticed the package was sent, without the part that was not produced anymore, and that I would get a refund for it. Absolutely NO tracking number was provided ! So I had NO proof anything has been sent, and I was already having trust issues with this company, which, sorry to say, seemed "dodgy" to me now. -- The package finally arrived after a month and 2 weeks. But till today, still have no refund of £131.54 and still waiting after MANY MANY calls.... -- What do you guys need to take care of this very SIMPLE thing ? Me coming up to London in person ? A lawsuit ? Anyways, to get a person in charge on the phone is REALLY difficult, the e-mail responses are nearly absent and this is why I am trying to maybe get this done by writing a BAD review... Please let me know, as I really want my money back ASAP, and you are still working with it ! I also would like to get a compensation for this inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
Worst costumer service ever. We bought a part for Honda NC750X 2015 through the website on the 2nd of July. They'd asked us for the code for the motorbike colour, we sent all the information, with pictures of the motorbike and everything. The employee never answered back. Since then we've been trying to call the shop but they only answer for the sales department, no one answers on parts department. So a month of not having any news at all later I went myself to the shop. They didn't know anything about my order, two employees started to look through inumerous boxes and parcels they had all over the floor in the shop and minutes later came to tell me it hadn't arrived there yet. I explained then that I had moved to a new address and it needed to be changed. My new address was given, as well as more phone numbers and I said I didn't bother to receive it, I could even pick it up at the shop when they had it. Another 3 weeks went by and we went to the shop once again. We were told that the previous responsible for parts department had been fired for not doing his job properly and had left a huge mess. We had to wait for the new employee to look for the part, and when he found it was RED. We had to explain all over again, and they insisted to me that the colour "black" might have had a different name on the motorbike document. So I got the new guy's number and when I went home I sent a picture of the document, showing "black" where it says the colour. He said it would be ordered and two days later he sent me a message confirming it was ordered. I've tried reaching them again but at the shop no one is picking up and the employee was on holidays so he couldn't help at the time. Today, almosr THREE MONTHS after the initial order, I had a RED PART delivered to my OLD ADDRESS. I will have to go back ther for the third time, explain everyone once again, to try and get the part for another time. It's ridiculous. The worst costumer service ever. EDIT: I've been today at the shop and John and Gabor helped me with my part. There was no responsibles for the parts department at the shop since it was almost closing time. They both had to dig into many parcels that were left at the shop and after a while my part was finally found, it would be sent to the old address though. It's a shame that such a renowned brand has some bad services like this out there, but luckily we still have some good employees who are willing to help.
Absolutely terrible service, local mechanics are way way better. Bought a bike from them, after a month it got stolen and recovered, took it to them in a damaged condition, they took 5 days to give me a estimate for which they charged me £35. And gave me a price which is way more than a new bike, and moreover they stolen few thing from my bike. Be careful when dealing with these people. Big thief, this is what I got after being a loyal customer for long time. Highly recommend not to go to them.
Poor customer service ever. When it comes to buy the Bike I bought, dealing with Jaki was all excellent, nothing to say on that. She was supportive and service was excellent. Now that I need to fit the rack, leg cover and box. The service is being the poorly ever, I can see loads of stuffs that work here were they clearly not doing much work and still I've been here for 3h waiting and no one has touched the bike to start the service I need yet. As a matter of fact the service I need had a time being pre-booked day before. Wish you do not need to use their service here. NOT WORTHY. People are nice but in other hand I do not have the whole day to spend looking to be sitting on the show room waiting for they to start the service.
I bought a 2019 Honda Vision from this dealership in January. John and John were helpful and efficient in getting me set up with the bike and gear I needed at a good price. They found a dealer demo bike for me that ended up saving me £00s off the new price and made sure I had what I needed. They were also able to get me rolling the same day. Great experience overall
I'd have to agree with most of the negative reviews about this place, they do take forever to pick up the phone and the service is so much better when you purchase a bike. I brought in my 125cc bike which was bought from them for a mot and service. They called me back quoting a price of £800 and then while on the phone got reduced to about £600. Which is crazy expensive. The things that needed repairing was the slight bent handlebarbike was knocked over from heavy wind which needed to be ordered and that the back break had seized. After about a week they called me stating the part had come in and quoted me the £600 and I said go ahead cos I need the bike. The man mentioned he'd call when it's ready to be collected. After 3 days I called back asking about the bike, the guy said on the phone that it's been ready for 2 days already and that some one had called me, no call recieved ? When I was there to finally collect the man seemed stressed about the ringing phones and I then payed and left. He didn't seem like he was in a good mood so I just wanted to leave. After about 8 weeks on my motorbike back light and indicators stopped working and 2 weeks further my clutch lever wouldn't put the bike into 3rd gear. Surely the amount I payed would have made the bike run well for a longer time than that. I feel like what they did to the bike was a sloppy service as a £600 investment should last longer. I have been using this place for about 6 years and all has been fine until this happened. Sadly to say I will not be returning as I feel my money has been wasted here. Then again maybe I'm just unlucky
They were better some years ago. Now they are far to busy and care less and less with the customers. They can't estimate how long a job will take and if they promise a day, they will never call you on that day. If you call them and they answer they tell you that the job will be done maybe tomorrow but they will call you back... lol I wasted days to waiting them. I am okay if they tell me that they need X days to finish the job. I would adjust my life to that, but be ready to pick up the bike each day and find out that you waited for nothing is too annoying. They are not on that price level where a business can afford this attitude. [They ask what kind of job/repair you need when you book the your appointment. They know your bike. I would believe that they may check if they got everything for the job ahead and if not just order it. No. They find out after you drop the bike there and if you call them they tell you that they need to order the part. Surprise. They promise it for the next working day. Let's see. If you not calling them they just let you wait. Okay, calling them the next working day afternoon to find out that the part has a 3 days delivery window. Why on Earth the first guy who booked the appointment can not tell you that?! Or the one who receives the bike?! And we talking about a brake cable, not a space rocket health shield]
Have been a regular customer for a few years now. Just collected my bike yesterday. Great service again from Muntii at the till and the guys getting their hands dirty on the bike. Will be back ..well, hopefully not any time soon! -:
Great customer service, reasonable prices. Can't recommend enough. Took my bike there this morning for its second serviceand to have some bar grips fitted. The vehicle was ready for collection 2 and a half hours after I dropped it off and the whole thing was £164.09 Inc VAT. I dealt with a lad named Muntii who even let me store my helmet there.
Update: they checked that I was given a different quote initially and they'll provide the difference as a credit for next service. I appreciate they looked into this and corrected the situation. Took my bike for servicing and was told I need to change a part, was told the price and since they didn't have it I had to come back next week. When I came back they quoted and charged me higher price. When I asked why is different they just said I should have gotten the previous quote in print.. Very unprofessional!
